When thinking about problems such as irregular bowel movements, the proper digestion of food, constipation, diarrhea and other disorders related to the digestive system one might not even consider the importance of the liver. A dysfunctional liver can have a huge impact on your digestive health.
The liver is a major organ and is considered to be the hardest working one we have. Performing many jobs numbering in the hundreds, it’s primary function is to filter out dangerous toxins and chemicals that enter the body.

There are many liver cleanses products but you can help get your liver cleaner simply by controlling your diet a little better. Once you begin removing the bad processed foods that helped get your liver in a bad condition, you can add some healthy cleaning-liver foods.

Whole grains
Also eat plenty of whole unrefined grains. These are not the kind of grains normally associated with processed foods such as white bread and rice, regular pasta etc. Eat the unrefined version of these such as brown rice, whole grain breads and whole wheat pasta because these contain the real nutritional value of these cleansing, healthy foods, whereas the white, or refined versions do not.
