Why A Liver Flush Can Help Treat The Dark Circles Under Your Eyes
A lot of people spend a small fortune on beauty products in an attempt to get rid of the unsightly and unattractive dark circles around their eyes. They may even apply dry tea bags or cucumber slices to their eyes as well. However the truth is that the best way to eliminate these dark circles is to attack the problem directly at the source.
In other words you should try and clean up your liver because a congested liver is usually one of the main causes. Of course staring at a computer screen for hours on end every day and getting very little sleep doesn’t help either, but if you can clean up your liver you should start to see the darkness go down quite a lot, and they may well disappear altogether.
I know this to be true because I have had dark circles under my eyes for many years now and it was only after I started doing some liver flushes that I started to notice a difference. The reason I did these flushes was because I was having gallstones issues, and this flush also helps to eliminate stones from the gallbladder as well.
Anyway after doing around twelve flushes so far, my dark circles are barely noticeable any more. So I shall continue doing these flushes every so often just to cleanse my liver and hopefully eliminate the dark circles completely at some point in the future.
The liver flush procedure is quite simple. You simply drink a lot of apple juice for around four or five days prior to the flush and then on the day of the flush you eat low fat foods only and nothing after 1.00PM. Then you drink a tablespoon of Epsom salts dissolved in water at 6.00PM, another at 8.00PM, and then at 10.00PM you drink half a glass of olive oil mixed with half a glass of lemon or grapefruit juice. The next morning you drink another Epsom salts mixture at 6.00AM and 8.00AM, and then you start eating low fat foods a few hours later.
In the middle of the night or the next morning you should start making regular trips to the toilet, and it is then that you will expel stones and chaff. These are generally green or yellow and vary in size, and they will have come from either the liver or the gallbladder.
Anyway the point is that you should start feeling better the following evening because your liver is less congested, and if you do several of these flushes (at least two or three weeks apart) you should continue to see the benefits. Plus of course the area around your eyes, and your skin generally, should start to look a lot better as well.
So you may want to consider cleaning your liver if you suffer from dark circles under your eyes. You just need to make sure that you consult your doctor before you start this flush, or any variant of this flush, just to be on the safe side.
